To book, you should contact us by either e-mail or telephone and we will be happy to talk to you about your booking and any specific requirements you may have.

The Freeride Republic reserves the right to change & modify normal package inclusions when the full brochure price on any booking has not been paid.

The person who receives the booking form will be liable for that booking, even if other names appear on the form. A holiday contract will be fully enabled when we have received deposits and an invoice has been sent to the customer.

If we do not receive your payment within the specified timescale we reserve the right to cancel your booking without further reference, to you, the client.

Airport Transfer Terms and Conditions

As part of the advertised website price we can pick you up from Geneva airport. For the transfer cost to be included in our package price your flight times must coincide with the times that our minibuses are arriving and departing at the airports for existing drop offs / pick ups.

These times will be detailed in the booking process when you book.  Any transfer arrangements will be agreed by the Managing Director in the booking process and only after this agreement will The Freeride Republic Ltd be bound by this agreement.

Flights must land and depart between 9.30 am and 15.00pm on Saturdays or Sundays for the inclusive transfer price quoted in our holiday price to be included. If your flights land or take off outside of these times unless agreed by The Freeride Republic Ltd a supplement will be incurred at the rate of a private transfer from the price of 300 euros per minibus seating 8 people one way.

Alternative pick up / drop offs outside of these designated times will incur a cost to be absorbed by you the customer not the chalet company. Alternative transfers with other carriers can be arranged through us from the price of 300 euros per 8 seater minibus one way.
Groups with over 8 people on any booking will be included with other shared transfers with other carriers. Timings can be subject to change on any given transfer day.

Alternative transfers at Lyon & Grenoble airports will also incur a supplement of 450 euros one way per 8 seater minibus.

Lift Passes & Ski Hire with Discounted Bookings

For any booking discounted by more than 10%, The Freeride Republic Ltd reserves the right to add a £15 surcharge per person to any client or group booking that books lift passes & ski hire independently of the Freeride Republic.

Flight Cancellations & Bad Weather

As a provider of solely chalet accommodation & food please note that The Freeride Republic Ltd had no liability towards any customer who had experienced flight cancellations and holiday curtailment due to severe weather conditions at airports or due to airlines cancelling flights for whatever reason.

Please be aware, if holidays are cancelled due to airlines or airports cancelling flights, you must contact your own insurer for holiday curtailment reimbursement.

Cancellations

Any cancellations must be made in writing to our contact address before any refund can be acted upon.

Client Indemnity

The person making the booking may indemnify us against all actions, losses, damages and costs that may arise from any person as a consequence of any act or default by such a person making the booking or any person included on the booking form.

All credit charges and fees on any deposit or balance payment are agreed with the customer prior to payment being made in the booking process.

Deposits and Final Balances

In order to confirm your booking with the Freeride Republic Ltd a deposit of £150 per person or a group deposit of a minimum of £500 must be paid at the time of booking. Once the deposit is paid then a holiday booking contract between both parties – the customer and the Freeride Republic – is fully enabled.

Full payment of any booking must be paid within ten weeks of departure date. If the Freeride Republic Ltd does not receive your payment within the specified timescales, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without further reference to clients.

Secured Payments for Deposits

For bookings made 9 weeks before any travel date the payment of holiday deposit can be paid through our secured online payment system. This protects and insures your money through your own credit card company. This must be done with the permission of the managing director in your booking process.

All final balances on bookings are to be made by BACS transfer or UK cheque to our UK business account, unless agreed otherwise in the booking process.  Final balance payments can only be paid on a credit card if permission is granted by the director of The Freeride Republic Ltd in the booking process with a admin fee applied to a final balance total.

Payments made for bookings made less than 9 weeks prior to departure

For any booking made with us made 9 weeks prior to the departure date the Freeride Republic Ltd can only accept BACS transfer or UK cheque to our UK business account. For any bookings made less than 9 weeks prior to the departure date credit card payment cannot be taken unless agreed in the booking process by the Managing Director.

Special Offers Including Lift Passes

Any special offers that are inclusive of a lift pass are only applicable under full occupancy of any chalet in all circumstances. A lift pass will be only included in any special offer / package at the Managing Directors discretion and agreement in the booking process. Any lift pass can only be included as part of your package on the special offers weeks that are listed on the website and is not applicable on other weeks of the season.

Empty Bed Supplements

Any empty bed supplements to be charged at £350 on all bookings unless agreed otherwise by the Managing Director in the booking process.

Check Out and Departure Times

Check out time of all our chalets is always 10.00am on departure day unless stated otherwise by the Managing Director. Likewise, our chalets are not available or clean before 16.00pm on arrival day unless otherwise stated by the Managing Director in writing.

Packed Lunches

For any bookings made with free packed lunches included as an extra the lunches are only provided on 5 days of the 6 catered days of your stay. Please note that the packed lunches are not provided for you on the chalet day off or your final departure day. The packed lunches can be only be included if clearly stated as an inclusion on your booking invoice. The free packed lunches consist of one medium sized baguette with a designated daily filling, small bottle of water and a chocolate bar / piece of cake per person. The Freeride Republic reserve the right to make any changes to the above.

Chalet Days Off and Catering Arrangements

Regardless of any length of stay less than the normal 6 nights or any other booking stipulation / discount our chefs and chalet staff take one day off per week where catering is not provided in the evenings. This is usually Wednesday. On these days, a self-service continental breakfast is provided in the chalet. The hot breakfast option is not provided on this day. Any other catered aspects of the 6-day catered package including wine, cordials and packed lunches are not provided on the chalet day off.

Premium and Classic Packages

All our advertised packages include either the Classic package or the Premium package. This will be clearly stated on your holiday invoice. Please ask during your booking process for further details on the premuim package if it is part of your package or see here. For both the classic and premium package if the price has been discounted by more than 10% the Freeride Republic reserve the right to make any changes to the advertised inclusions, if this is the case the exact deductions will be detailed in on your booking invoice.
