As empty nesters and now retired from our thriving waterside pub and restaurant in South Devon, Simon and Sonja are delighted to be returning to Chalet Himalaya for a third season — albeit for just eight weeks this time.

With lifelong backgrounds in hospitality and a shared passion for great food, warm welcomes and making guests feel at home, we feel that Méribel and Chalet Himalaya are once again the perfect fit for us.

We’re looking forward to returning to the mountains, welcoming old friends and new guests, and sharing another memorable season at Chalet Himalaya.
