Day 1

Canapés – Mini yorkshire puddings with rare roast beef and horseradish cream, Shot glass of cullen skink

Starter – Advocado & asparagus salad with local cured ham and lemon oil dressing

Main Course – Pan-fried chicken breast, served with a mustard and tarragon cream sauce, crushed potatoes and Vichy carrots

Dessert – Calvados ice cream with caramelised apples

Day 2

Canapés – Cocktail croustades with seared tuna mayo, Caramelised red onion and goat’s cheese tartlets

Starter – Roquefort, chicory, walnut and apple salad

Main Course – Slow cooked lamb shanks with garlic, rosemary and flageolet beans

Dessert – Kaffir lime & coconut possett with cardomom shortbread biscuits

Day 3

Canapés – Chicken caesar wraps, Courgette griddle cakes with brie & pesto

Starter – Gravalax with dill & mustard sauce, served with savoury choux buns

Main Course – Coq au vin with dauphinoise potatoes and green beans

Dessert – Basque custard tart served with raspberries and chantilly cream

Day 4

Canapés – Cocktail bruschettas with smoked salmon & tzatziki, Asparagus spears wrapped in parma ham

Starter – Lightly curried strips of chargrilled chicken, served with mango mayo

Main Course – Pan-fried cod with chorizo, clam and baby tomato, served with a mazanilla sauce

Dessert – Melted chocolate fondants

Day 5

Canapés – Won tons with black pudding & ginger, Prawn sesame toasts

Starter – Grilled tuna nicoise salad

Main Course – Venison chilli with salsa verde, served with basmati rice

Dessert – Baked peaches with amaretti and vanilla ice cream

Day 6

Canapés – Thai fishcakes, with sweet chilli dip, Tomato, pesto & parmesan tartlets

Starter – Char-grilled courgettes with lardons, chickpeas and pistachio dressing

Main Course – Celebration paella

Dessert – Sticky toffee pudding

Continental breakfast served daily along with cereals, muesli and yogurts.
A daily warm breakfast option with eggs , consisting of either bacon, sausages, & hash browns
