Matt grew up in the beautiful town of St Ives in Cornwall where he started on his path to becoming a chef working in a few of the many fantastic restaurants St Ives has to offer. After leaving college he worked in Australia for a year and then returned to his home town in St Ives where he has spent the last 10 years working in some of the best restaurants in one of Cornwall’s busiest tourist destinations. This will be Matt’s first ski season and he is looking forward to learning to snowboard and experience living and working in the mountains for the first time.
