At 15 I started a weekend job as a chef at a busy local restaurant in a village called Yarm and over the years worked in some of the best restaurants in the North east area, including setting up my own Deli and catering business.

I love food, art, travelling and have spent time going round Asia and Australia, along with working up in the highlands of Scotland where I also started making and selling sculptures.

It’s been a while since I’ve been skiing in the alps but you can’t beat the beauty of nature, stunning scenery and fresh air that can only be found in the mountains I can’t wait.
